Ever wish that sewing patterns were truer to your size? Do you use patterns but don’t know where to start with making your own?
You CAN make a basic skirt to YOUR measurements in an afternoon so that you can have a versatile, perfectly fitting skirt! This is a simple pattern making method that I use myself to make skirts, and I show you how to do it.
Make an EASY custom skirt pattern
Learn how to make a custom skirt the EASY way, without being a pattern drafting expert. I’ve created instructions and a video to show you how to create your own custom sized skirt (you only need a few measurements!) We will go over a basic way to make a skirt pattern to your measurements, and then I can show you a few variations.
Oh, and one of the variations will be….POCKETS! Cozy skirts are great, but skirts with pockets are even better!

The skirt will be a classic, basic knit skirt that you can dress up but is also comfortable enough to wear on the couch watching movies. To make the project, you’ll need around 1-1.5 meters or 1.5 yards of fabric. Materials not included.
